Lessons

We specialize in the young, beginner rider. We offer half-hour lessons for kids' age 4 to 7. Once riders reach 8 years old, they are ready for hour lessons.  Your child will receive private, one-on-one instruction, without the distraction and chaos of a boarding stables.

All weekly riding lessons are scheduled by appointment.  Lessons take place in our large, outdoor sand arena. 

Discount packages are available.
All Student Riders are required to wear:
1. ASTI certified riding helmet. Helmets will be available to new students for the first session.
2. Boots or shoes, smooth-soled, with at least a one inch heel.
3. Long pants (jeans or breeches preferred).
We have a wonderful, talented group of ponies and small horses to safely take both eager and shy children on their way to becoming secure, confident riders.  Our riding instructor is certified by the American Riding Instructor Association ("ARIA").  The ARIA requires its instructors to have a minimum of seven years' experience, pass a day-long battery of written and oral tests, and submit photographs and videotape footage of lessons.
